Eastern 31 Extended Cabin Flybridge

The popular extended cabin version, this Eastern 31\' boasts a transom door, windlass, SidePower bow thruster, and full bimini with enclosure for the fly bridge.  A solid, sea kindly and proven coastal and long distance cruiser, \"Alliance\" was built and is equipped mainly for cruising, but includes options for fishing, like a livewell.  Updated appropriately, this vessel has received the utmost care.

Fwd cabin offers 6\'2\" headroom with a 6\'8\" V-berth.  Natural light and air pour through a screened overhead hatch, 3 fixed ports, and 2 screened opening ports.  Decorative curtains can be drawn for privacy.  Storage is under the berth, along hullside fiddled shelves above the berth, in a hanging locker aft to port, and in louvered cabinets with shelves further aft.  The anchor locker can be accessed via a louvered door at the forepeak.

Enclosed head & shower are aft to stbd with 5\'9\" headroom.  Stainless steel sink provides hot and cold pressure fresh water.  Cockpit style shower head pulls out from the bulkhead, with a sump to expell gray water.  A screened opening port provides light and ventilation, augmented by a solar fan.  Storage is in a hullside slider cabinet with shelf and in a louvered cabinet below the sink.

Main cabin offers panoramic views through 360 degrees of large windows.  Center windshield opens, as do port, stbd, and aft sliding windows.  Blinds and winshield screen provide privacy.  Headroom here is 6\'5\", and the settee to port is 7\'9\" long.  Settee converts to a double berth.  The teak table is fixed to a teak pedestal and base, which can be removed easily for use in the cockpit.  Storage below the settee is accessed from below the cushions or via 3 louvered cabinet doors.  Additional storage is in 4 drawers fwd of the settee and in 2 deep locking file drawers under the helm to stbd.
