The owner is really anxious to find his beloved Suds V a new home. Make any reasonable offer and sail her away!!! The engine only has low hours after being replaced in 2006. Her decks are in need of repair or removal. Her interior is in fantastic condition!!!

Suds V is a classic Hans Christian and commissioned in Annapolis, MD including the installation of the wiring, plumbing, heads, electronics, A/C, generator, deck hardware, cushions. interior finish work and standing/running rigging.  She is therefore a semi custom 48T with stunning eye appeal.  Located at Jabins on land.  

Two private staterooms both with en suite heads.  Salon with U shaped dining area mid ship to port, settee to starboard.  Aft on port is the complete navigation station.  The galley is to starboard next aft with a continuing passageway leading to the owners cabin.  

Main Saloon has a high gloss finish and white overhead ceiling panels.  The area glitters with brass, bronze, gold plate and polished stainless.  Huge dinette to starboard seats 6 for dining.  Custom navigators bench seat on tracks with storage inside.  Settee to starboard with storage lockers and book rack behind.

Forward stateroom has double bed to port with a bench seat to starboard.  Guest head is forward with shower, corian counter in deep blue.  Comfortable bright open cabin with abundant locker and drawer space.

Master stateroom is aft with centerline double berth and a convertible bench seat in the forward center of the berth.  This allows use of the folding bulkhead table/desk mounted in the most forward bulkhead.  Above the table is a recessed TV & VCR.  The private head and large stall shower are forward to starboard.
