The Norseman 447, designed by Robert Perry and built in the Ta Shing Shipyard, combines speed, ease of handling and overall performance making this luxurious design the ultimate in performance cruising.  The vessel has been upgraded by her knowledgeable owner with new top line electronics, bow thruster, solar & wind generators, custom stainless davit and swim step, watermaker with spare membranes, \"like-new\" Doyle main sail, new canvas cockpit enclosure, new interior cushions, a wood burning fireplace stove, new LED lighting throughout and many more custom features.

The Perkins engine  has been fully serviced with new hoses, injectors with spare belts, alternator, starter motor, filters & more. Generator was also serviced 35 hours ago. A beautiful LP painted dark blue hull with refinished mast & boom and  teak decks makes this vessel ready to cruise locally or worldwide. The interior cabinetry is flawless grain Burmese teak with laminated curved doorways and cabinet trim. Drawers have dovetail corners adding strength to the joints. The entire cabin sole is teak & holly which has been stripped and refinished (2012).  

Aft of the chain locker in the forepeak is a V-berth with shelves P & S, an opening Goiot hatch, 12 volt fan, a hanging locker to starboard, and a swing out TV on custom mount. Forward head follows to port with manual marine toilet, hand held shower, sink, mirrored cabinet and an opening port.

Salon is next with a U-shape settee & dinette to port. The aft curved section of this settee has been squared off to allow for greater comfort and there is a mirrored main bulkhead offering a feeling of greater space. Opposite to starboard is a single settee which converts to over under berths. There are shelves and lockers outboard of both settees and a custom Sardine fireplace heat stove with glass window and tile heat protection. Navigation area follows to starboard. U shape galley is to port of the companionway and has a custom shelf with stainless post.

Aft of the Nav area is the passageway to the owner’s aft cabin. Outboard on the passageway is the generator in a sound insulated compartment. Inboard on the passageway is the main engine accessible through two large hinged doors. Aft berth is full beam with spring air system under mattress. There is a hanging locker to starboard, cabinets & shelves P & S, and an opening Goiot hatch overhead. There is a mirrored bulkhead and an adjoining head to port with separate stall shower and new electric (2012) marine toilet. From the salon on center is the companionway with five steps leading up to the oval center cockpit. Brass ships clock & barometer under steps. There are oil lamps throughout.
