Downeaster Ketch - Available now

SY Tondelayo is a fine example of a Downeaster 38. After sailing across the Pacific, arriving in Australia in 2003, she sat in a boat yard awaiting a new owner. Over the next 3 years she was fully rebuilt by qualified shipwrights and engineers. A new 40 HP Iveco was installed as well as most operating systems, sails and electronics. Ownership changed to the present owner in 2010 who has smothered her with TLC.

Tondelayo is a charming eye catching vessel and very easy to sail. Since arriving in Australia she has sailed Brisbane to Cairns (single handed), and then south to Tasmania, back to Townsville and then to her present home near Sydney.
