This Morgan 38.5 built by Catalina Yachts has had very little use and few hours on the engine. She has been cared for by the boat yard and needs only someone to step on board and turn the key to be back in action for the sailing season. There is an extreme amount of space below giving plenty of comfort and storage for all voyagers leaving the dock. The topside layout is easy to get around from bow to stern with all lines tucked under cabin deck and standing rigging inboard of walkway. Both sails are roller furled and can be controlled from the cockpit for ease. She is an easy boat to sail and very spacious and comfortable .

The 38\' offers comfort with a large aft cabin and full standing headroom throughout ,center line queen berth and private head/shower.  The galley is equipped for cruising or living aboard.  The main salon is open and offers two large settees,removable salon table, full nav station and plenty of opening ports and hatches.  The 38\' also offers a large double V - berth with a private head and shower. The interior has a warm feeling with the varnished teak floor and trim.
