Launched in August 2009 “Booty” has been successfully raced on the South and East Coast during 2010, 2011 and 2012. It has competed in the EAORA offshore circuit, Sail East, Cowes Week and the “Round The Island Race”. This race yacht has been hardly used during the 2013 season due to other commitments and is currently ashore. “Booty” is beautifully finished with a practical light interior. “Booty” is a sound and seaworthy racing yacht with a proved set of race credentials including a 2013  IRC handicap of 1.092. \"Booty\" is being offered for sale at an extremely competitive priced for a quick sale.

This Stewart 109 has 6 berths in an open plan cabin with 6’2” headroom. It has a double quarter berth, a forward V berth and two single berths in the saloon area. This race yacht has grey upholstery throughout.

The galley has good storage, a two burner gas cooker, a small sink and icebox. The chart table is to starboard with good storage and area for instruments. Aft of the chart table is a separate heads compartment with marine toilet. The flexible freshwater tank holds approximately 30 litres.
