Nice pocket cruiser,racer. with almost unused 2002 Aluminum, dual axle trailer.  Keel centerboard fractional sloop with roller furling, electric start OB, good accommodations, beamy with 700lbs of ballast.  Designed by Corland Steck (Hunter 31 and others)and built by Wellcraft Marine.  This package should trailer at around 3000lbs.
