SAILS  & RIG:                           Slab reefing mainsail with red mainsail cover.  Genoa roller reefing with furling No 1 Genoa.  Genoa roller reefing system with furling No 1 Genoa.  Spinnaker with Spinnaker pole.  All lines led aft to cockpit.   Alloy mast and boom and stainless steel standing rigging. 

ENGINE:                                            Yanmar 1GM10 9HP single cylinder inboard diesel engine.  Alternator charging to 12 volt battery system.  Approx 10 gallon fuel tank.  Shaft drive to fixed propeller.

DECK GEAR:                              Stainless steel pushpit, pulpit and guardwires, sprayhood frame, spraydodgers, midship cleats, stainless steel boarding ladder on transom.  Lewmar 16 sheet winches, Lewmar 7 halyard winches, outboard bracket on transom, plough main anchor with chain and warp, kedge anchor, various mooring warps and fenders.

SAFETY GEAR:                           Liferaft (not serviced), horseshoe lifebuoy, fire extinguisher, manual bilge pump.

NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT:        Plastimo compass, Navman multi echo sounder and log, Navico DL200 log, Navman wind speed/wind direction, Cobra DSC VHF radio, autohelm 800 tiller pilot, Magellan GPS, clock and barometer, navigation light, steaming light, tri colour masthead light and anchor light.

DOMESTIC EQUIPMENT:            Her galley has a Flavel Vanessa gas cooker with 2 burners and grill, ice box, sink with water supply, separate heads compartment to port has a marine toilet and wash basin with hand pumped water.  Fabric upholstery.

CONSTRUCTION                             Built in 1985.  GRP construction with off white topsides and superstructure, transom hung rudder, self draining aft cockpit with tiller steering, Bermudan sloop rig and 4/6 berth internal layout with around 5’10” maximum headroom.

REMARKS:                                Purchased by current owner in 2005, surveyed at that time, she has been used for coastal sailing in the Solent and then Cardiff/Milford Haven.    Her owner tells us she is an exceptional sailing yacht.
