Penn Yan Runabout 14

This 1950 14\' Penn Yan Runabout was rescued in 2007 and restored.

Remnants of the canvas were removed. Outer planking on the bottom was replaced. Due to the deterioration of the canvas, the boat was glassed and painted with Awlgrip. Part of the stem, keel, and a few frames were replaced. Mahogany replaced the rotted top side framing and decking. The blackened and neglected oak ribs required the interior be painted.

Powered by a 15hp Johnson outboard LITTLE DIPPER cruises at 19 kts with one adult and 16.5 kts with two adults.

The trailer is a 2007 Load Rite model 14V800.
