SAORSA III  is one of several steel vessels built locally by David Folkes of Columbia Valley, B.C.Canada.  She is a single spreader cutter rig designed to be an ocean going vessel and long distance cruiser.  The hull  is fully insulated to prevent condensation.  On deck she has a manual windlass, sail covers, solar electric vent, dorades, opening hatches and portlights for a well ventilated interior.  Down below is a spacious v-berth, head and shower, large galley, dinette, cabin heat, settee, and two quarter berths.  The 30hp Yanmar engine is under the galley area for ease of access and centrally balancing the boat.  Sleeps 5 comfortably, This craft has all the attributes of a great long distance cruising vessel.  The owner is wanting to downsize to a smaller boat she can handle singlehanded.  Trades for a smaller boat will be considered.
