1988 Schiada 20\' Outboard from the movie the great outdoors w/ John Candy & Dan Akroyd. This is one of the 3 boats used during filming. It was equipped with a mercury outboard, but the motor has been sold separately.Great boat for the money drop on your motor and go play or ski. Just to clarify yes for the movie, they used flat bottom v-drive not this boat. If you watch the clip one of these boats was sitting next to that v-drive. Schiada was contracted to make 3 of these boats for the movie. One was to be used for this scene and the other two were used for filming. At the last minute the director decided to use the v-drive drag boat and not one of these.
