Description International 1006: Elegant, sporty and slender FRP classic with flush deck from Denmark. The International 1006 has thanks to its slender shell, a flexible rig with running backstays and high dietary proportion of about 50% (Ballast: 1.500 kg) decidedly sporty sailing characteristics, particular in wind. This sailing yacht was 2004/2005 subjected to a comprehensive refit: Awlgrip hull paint in gray metallic with red accents (from Wrede), new teak deck throughout, new sails, FURLEX roll conditioning, diesel heating, fully new construction of underwater hull including epoxy primer, etc. The International 1006 is in our sales marina in Baltic Bay/Laboe at the Kiel Fjord and can be visited at any time by appointment.
